My Guacamole Friend

Hey guys!

Today, I am going to show you how you create this magical food called Guacamole!

What you need…

  • One Big Tomato
  • 2 Limes
  • Half A Cup Of Coriander
  • 3 Large Avocado
  • Red Onions
  • I garlic

What to do…

  • Chop the tomato, coriander, red onions and garlic into small pieces
  • Scoop the avocado goodness and poor and put everything in a boll
  • Squeeze the lemon juice onto the ingredients and mix (You can always add some ingredients that you find will help the guacamole have a better taste)




Quinoa Goodness!

Quinoa is one of the most healthiest foods that you could eat! It is high in proteins and could even make you loose weight!

Today, I am going to tell you one of my favorite recipes! Quinoa Salad! (Serves four)

What you need…

  • A Pack Of Quinoa
  • Cucumbers
  • Lettuce
  • Red, yellow or green peppers
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Tomatoes

What you do…

  • Rince and cook quinoa for 15min and put in bowll
  • Cut vegetables and put in same bowl
  • Mix and add salt and pepper



Christmas Bark

This is the dessert that I prefer!! There´s chocolate, melted sugar….. What more do you need!?

What you need…

  • Saltines
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Stick Of Butter
  •  2 Cups Of Chocolate Chips

What you do…

  • Melt the sugar and the butter
  • Poor the hot mix onto the saltines
  • Heat in oven for 5 min
  • Melt the chocolate chips and spread on saltines
  • Cool for 30 min until hard
  • Break the saltines into medium pieces


Cucumber Salad!

The sun is shining, the grass is green, the orange and palm trees sway!

Spring fever is hear and I have prepared a ridiculously easy recipy for you guys!

Cucumber salad!!

What you need…

  • Cucumbers
  • Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper

What you do…

  • Cut the cucumbers and put in bowl
  • Add oil, vinegar and s&p

Voila! Enjoy this delicious snack!

Spring Time!

“Time for spring, time for spring, time for spring I say!”

Flowers are blooming and people are happy that spring has sprung. I want to created an uplifting springtime flower salad!

What you need…

  • Edible flowers (nasturtium, monarda (also known as bee balm), zucchini flowers, daylily…)
  • Greens of your choice (rocket, baby spinach…)
  • Salad dressing

What you do…

  • Put together and eat!

What you need…

  • Raw salmon
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and Pepper

What you do…

  • Heat oil in your pan
  • Cook salmon 2min each side depending on thikness
  • Add s&p to taste, serve with rice
