Christmas Bark

This is the dessert that I prefer!! There´s chocolate, melted sugar….. What more do you need!?

What you need…

  • Saltines
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Stick Of Butter
  •  2 Cups Of Chocolate Chips

What you do…

  • Melt the sugar and the butter
  • Poor the hot mix onto the saltines
  • Heat in oven for 5 min
  • Melt the chocolate chips and spread on saltines
  • Cool for 30 min until hard
  • Break the saltines into medium pieces

Voila!

Key Lime Pie, Delicious!

2014 challenge #1!

What you need…

  • 1 (14 ounce) condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup key lime juice
  • 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
  • 5 beaten egg yolks

What you do…

  • Heat oven to 190 degrees C
  • Mix egg yolks, the condensed milk and pour the mixture into a graham cracker shell
  • Bake for 15mins.

Mango and chocolate treat

My dad brought this recipe back from Italy. Maybe we should explore recipes from around the world?

What you need…

  • 100g of chocolate. I recommend darck chocolate to give it a rich taste but you can use wich ever you like!
  • 1 Mango
  • Mint leafs (This is optional!)

What you do…

  • Heat the chocolate in a small pot until it beacomes a liquid
  • Chop the mango into slices
  • Put the mango slices on a plate and drizzle the chocolate over them
  • serve with a mint leaf, if you want of course!

Delicious chocolate fondue!

Valentines in on it’s way. Lover’s fondue should do the trick.

What you need …

  • 500 g of chocolate, any kind you like!
  • The fondue pot
  • Half a glass of cream
  • Chopped fruits like strawberries, bananas, berries, kiwis, oranges, any you like but keep them mostly pink!

What you do…

  • Warm the cream in a pot until it creates small bubbles
  • Add the chocolate and mix it until it becomes creamy
  • Pour the mixture into your fondue pot
  • Arrange the display the way you like and add the fruits on separate little plates
